The VoiceConnect Attendant functions as your full service virtual receptionist. It sends all of your callers to the appropriate VoiceConnect extension of your choosing. The VC Attendant can be configured as a dial-by-extension dial-by-name or a depending on your company’s preference. The extensions can consist of one to six digits to match your existing telephone system or configuration needs and have unique and individual settings and permissions for each up to five users/extensions.
